- Project Steps

A structural survey happens before any design starts

We produce 3D models from the clients design specification

A final render to show how the balconies look when completed

A CAD arrangement is created for the customers approval

Completed Balcony Project, 15 Storeys of precision balcony Installed by our skilled team
Dixon Clark Court Balcony Project
Replacing existing elements in tall structures such as apartment tower blocks can present a number of challenges, but once again we were able to rise to the occasion!
This project required us to design, manufacture and install 30 balconies, of which there were 3 variations in design. Below shows the steps we took to making this project a success.
- When :
- January 2011
- Where :
- Islington, London
- Dimensions :
- 4490mm long, 565mm wide, 1430mm above floor level
- Specifications :
- Refurbishment of balcony balustrade with central privacy screen
- Software :
- Advance Steel
How Was This a Success
- Ensuring our pricing was accurate but still competitive
- Thouroughly checking whether or not the design meets the clients specification
- Carrying out various site surveys so that we had sufficient information to start the design process
- Using 3D models and renders to communicate our ideas to with the client
- Ensuring the pre production management was carried out effectively
- Logistics of the job fully controlled
